Overview

What is In Home Support?

In home support, also known as home care, provides support services to people in their own homes. This can be helpful for people recovering from injuries or illnesses, older people or people with disabilities.

Common in-home support services include personal care, housekeeping, companionship, transportation and nursing care.

How does it work?

Contact us using the ‘Contact Us’ form on our website. A member of our team will be in touch within 24 hours to understand your needs and eligibility. Alternatively, you can email us at hi@trinitysupportaustralia.com.au

  1. If eligible, you'll be connected with our in home support team who will assist you every step of the way.

  2. Our team will visit you and complete a needs assessment. The assessment will help us to identify your individual needs for care and come up with a plan for the best way to provide care.

  3. If required, we will also work with you to explore long-term care options so you have a plan in place for the future.
